While Rory Continues to Chase a Major Win, Topgolf Callaway (MODG) Makes Major Moves Inking Multi-Year Agreement with Visa (V)

While Bryson DeChambeau drinks wine out of his newly won US Open trophy and Rory contemplates scorching Pinehurst’s 18th hole, TopGolf Callaway Brands Corp. (MODG) made moves of their own and announced their entrance into a partnership with Visa, Inc. (V). This partnership provides co-promotional opportunities and card holder benefits that will begin this summer with select Cash App Card offers at Topgolf.

Additionally, the PRISM Consumer Products Index company will benefit from this partnership as it enhances the digital experience for customers as US Cash App cardholders total over 24 million. Some benefits for Topgolf enthusiasts will be early reservation access, co-branded sponsorships and exclusive invites to all Topgolf’s US events and experiences. Topgolf Callaway and Visa intend to launch a co-branded credit card as well in a few years which is part of their strategic agreement.

“We’re in the business of play at Topgolf and collaborating with respected brands like Visa and Cash App allows us to tap into opportunities to offer our Players more ways to have fun,” said Topgolf CEO Artie Starrs. “Relationships that allow us to unlock that for our Players is what we’re all about.”

As Visa continues to be everywhere you want to be and Topgolf makes birdie-worthy moves, players and customers can now enjoy additional benefits through this new partnership that might even improve their game.
