Shares in LivePerson (Nasdaq: LPSN) rose by nearly 22% during Thursday’s session after the company announced it had been named a notable vendor in leading independent research firm, Forrester’s, new report, titled “The Digital Customer Interaction Solutions Landscape, Q1 2024.” Forrester’s report covers the use of digital customer interaction solutions for orchestration, AI, and asynchronous communication.
The company is leading the way in helping companies develop AI-empowered customer care and has previously been recognized six times by Forrester in its wide ranging reports which delve into the ways digital business leaders can use digital customer interaction solutions and leverage AI to orchestrate customer interactions across digital channels, automate conversations and enhance agent workflows.
