The Hardcore Gym Rat
They do not need convincing to hit the weights. It is in their blood. Well, that and some type of adrenaline from their pre-workout. They can be seen at Planet Fitness as it is the no-frills gym that’s also cost effective. PS – They don’t do curls in the squat rack.

Just Here to Be Scene
You ever walk into the gym and immediately check in on Facebook? Yeah, us neither. People in this category love to be at the gym to hit all the amenities outside of the ones related to working out. Unless it’s stretching class. But hey, we all love to pamper ourselves and so what? Check into Life Time.
Life Time Inc. (LTH) recently announced its 30th club opening in Texas and is continuing its plans to expand. The company has traded up ~50% YTD.
Spiritual Contortionist
We thought “Borrring” at first. However, we ended up taking a class because a Yogi made us, and it looked easy. Trying to breathe while holding a pose on one leg with an arm in the air while you bend to the side in “Swaying Tree Pose” for 30 whole seconds, is no joke. If it sounds like it’s for you, check out a subscription to Gaia.
Gaia, Inc. (GAIA) announced its Q2 earnings on July 30th as its CEO stated “In the second quarter of 2023 we experienced another sequential increase in revenue and member count while returning to positive cash flow generation.” The stock has traded up ~18% over the past 5 days and is up ~6% YTD.
The 12oz Curler
Do not listen to anyone who says that fitness isn’t for everyone. Have you ever raised a drink to your mouth? Us, too. Low and behold, it burns calories. If you want to be high class about it, make sure your glassware is from Williams-Sonoma. If you’re not about that life, note that the paper bag is making a comeback.
Williams-Sonoma (WSM) recently announced a collab with interior stylist Colin King for their West Elm line. The company has traded up ~20% YTD.
As we kick off Wellness Month make sure to incorporate some kind of fitness into your routine or at the very least, invest in it.
