In a strategic alliance, Fox Corp., ESPN, and Warner Bros. Disney are launching a joint sports streaming service, a development that follows the sharp rise in the price of sports broadcasting rights.
Subscribers of ESPN+, Hulu, and Max will have access to this service, with each partnering company holding a one-third ownership stake, sources reveal.
