Digital Turbine (APPS) Leads the PRISM AdTech and Media Index, Up Over 50% on Q1 Earnings
The PRISM AdTech and Media Index leader Digital Turbine (APPS) announced Q1 results that beat estimates on EPS $0.07 vs FactSet $0.03 and revenues $118M vs FactSet $115.2M. FY2025 revenue guidance was in line at $540M-$560M vs FactSet 544.2M.
During the Q&A on the call, management cited its device sales expected to remain stable with its growth driven by new products and expanded relationships while European regulatory changes are anticipated to benefit operations, especially impacting SingleTap and EU telco collaborations. The company’s systems integration is not fully complete how significant progress has been made with exchange consolidation which has boosted brand growth.
As the company looks forward they anticipate steady device sales, intend to expand its product portfolio, increase its use of proprietary data to enhance advertising effectiveness and monitor potential regulatory changes in the EU and US for strategic advantages.
