Big Brother Awards BigBear.ai 5-Year Production Contract Valued at $165M with US Army

BigBear.ai (BBAI) announced today that it has been awarded a five-year, $165.15M sole-source prime contract from the U.S. Army for Global Force Information Management (GFIM) Production Services.

Since 2021, BigBear.ai has been working with the Army to modernize 15 legacy systems into a comprehensive, enterprise-wide intelligent automation platform, aligning with the Secretary of the Army’s vision for a data-driven force management approach. This new contract builds on previous work in Phase 1 and Phase 2 and supports the continued development and deployment of GFIM-OE capabilities into production.

The main objective of this contract is to finalize and deliver an integrated, interoperable system that manages global force structure and employment data for the force management community. This dynamic system will facilitate effective planning, programming, and production of reliable force structure data.
