Video encoder, transcoder and optimization solutions company Beamr Imaging, Ltd (BMR) recently presented its video AI workflows at NVIDIA GTC, a global AI conference for developers and business minds shaping the future of AI and accelerated computing. Recently, the company announced the release of its results from a case study that highlights how Beamr tech enables accelerated machine learning training. Many players in the video machine learning space have faced headwinds as they’ve encountered storage and bandwidth issues along with difficulties meeting acceptable training and inferencing speeds. In its case study, Beamr has been able to use significantly smaller video files without negative impact on the video AI process. Shares surged in February upon the announcement of its team up with NVIDIA (NVDA). The stock is up 232% YTD.
UiPath, Inc.
End-to-end automation platform and AI software company offering a range of robotic process automation (RPA) solutions, UiPath, Inc. (PATH) recently unveiled it new family of LLMs at an AI Summit that can harness full capabilities of GenAI. Additionally, UiPath announced it is assisting the US federal government to digitize its operations through secure AI and automation offerings. The UiPath Automation Cloud TM Public Sector received authorized status in the Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP®) which is responsible for standardizing security and risk assessment for cloud services utilized by federal government agencies. In conjunction with the UiPath platform, data can be securely and transparently processed in addition to increased speed of operations and will empower government workers. While YTD the stock is down close to 10%, over the past year it has returned ~25%.
