ChargePoint Expands EV Charging Network with $19M NEVI Award for California Highways

ChargePoint (NYSE: CHPT) has been awarded over $19 million, through its partners, to install 248 DC fast charging ports at 45 locations along California highways. This funding, part of the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) program, aims to address EV charging congestion on major routes like I-5. ChargePoint, a leader in EV charging solutions, will deploy its high-speed Express Plus stations, ensuring reliable, fast charging for drivers across the state.
