Update On Pending Merger Between Verde Bio and SensaSure Technologies
Oil and gas company Verde Bio (VBHI) issued an update regarding its pending merger with SensaSure Technologies (SSTC). In the update the company announced that the registration statement on Form S-4 has been declared effective by the Securities and Exchange Commission. A special meeting will be held for each company’s shareholders on May 9th 2024. The shareholders who have been sent the Proxy Statement/Prospectus are urged to read the document and vote “FOR” ALL PROPOSALS ahead of the special meetings by phone, Internet or by proxy card. The merger is expected to close by the end of May 2024.
